IEC assigns a dedicated
staff called a Customer Focus Team to your program or product. This includes
a Program Manager, production and materials personnel, as well as test,
quality and other team members needed to make sure your project runs smooth.
The Program Manager
to act as the primary liaison between the customer and all functional
groups at IEC. The Program Manager ensures that customer needs are
met, and communicated effectively to all areas at IEC. He or she is responsible
for new product launches, reports, and all communication between IEC and
his or her assigned customer.
The Program Manager
will facilitate his or her customer through all areas of manufacturing,
from material procurement and design, through prototype, pilot and full
production assembly; as well as systems or box build, final packaging
and distribution services.
The Program Manager
ensures there is always one point of contact available to the customer.
