IEC implemented the Master Distributor Program in December 1996. It has led to lower pricing and shorter quoting time. Having Arrow looking across the globe for material has also cut down on the time it takes to procure components and other material that will be used in SMT and Thru-hole assembly of printed circuit boards for IEC's customers in the telecommunications, computer, computer peripheral and industrial fields.

IEC's material management includes complete material analysis, supplier auditing and constant price tracking and comparison. Our precision inventory control includes using barcode scanning into our central computer.
